We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Because much of what we carry is natural leather, felt, and hide, small variations in color, grain, and finish are part of the material and not a defect.
Prices and availability are subject to change, and stock is limited to what is on the floor. If an item sells out or a price is listed in error, we may cancel or adjust the affected order and will let you know.
Payment is processed securely through Square. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons that include stock, suspected fraud, or an error in price or description.
Apparel is exchange-eligible within 14 days under the conditions on our Return Policy page. Hats and boots are final sale, since both begin to conform the moment they are worn. Please see the Return Policy for full details, and call us before you buy if you are unsure of your fit.
Hat shaping, boot and hat fitting, and light care such as re-shaping and conditioning are offered in-store as described on our site. Availability of these services is at the shop’s discretion.
The Brim and Boot name, logo, site content, photography, and text are owned by Brim and Boot or used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent. Brand names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brim and Boot is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
