All hat purchases are final sale. Hat shape, sweat band contact, and crown creasing begin the moment a hat is worn, so we cannot accept a returned hat.

All boot purchases are final sale. Boots conform to the foot immediately upon wear and cannot be restocked once worn.

We strongly encourage a fit consultation before purchasing. It is what we are here for.

Exchange Conditions, Apparel Only

Window: 14 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached and free of odors, pet hair, or debris. No signs of wear on the seat, knees, or cuffs.
What we will do: Exchange for a different size or inseam in the same style, or issue store credit toward any in-store purchase.
What we will not do: Cash refunds, or exchanges on worn, washed, or sale items.
How to start: Bring the item in-store or call us at (970) 508 · 0091 and we will take it from there.

Get It Right Before You Buy

Boots: We will walk you through width, toe shape, shaft height, and brand fit before you commit to a pair.
Hats: We measure your head, discuss crown and brim preference, and shape to fit in-store, every time.
Jeans: We keep Kimes Ranch size and inseam charts on hand and can guide your fit by measurement, over the phone or in person.
